The black swans at Lake Monger don't take no for an answer if you turn up to feed them bread, as you can see from the one on the left trying to drag Mum into the lake.

The pelicans are pretty demanding as well and are able to use their long beaks to catch bread out of the air before it gets anywhere near the ducks.

While Tanya visited in Summer and was able to laze on the purple rug on the lawn, these visitors had to put up with a purple rug on a chair in the small bit of sun we get in Winter. The dogs enjoyed the company though.

In fact, the dogs so enjoyed getting attention and being scratched, that on the last day of the holiday, Alabama made it clear that she didn't want the guests to leave.
